2011 Fair Entries

Here are the entries I made to the Eastern Idaho State Fair this year.  Some of the photos you have seen before.  I have 11 photos here.  I couldn't decide which of the fireworks photos to enter so I waited until they came in print and then I decided.  I got two ribbons.  One for the picture with the flowers/chairs, and the other for the tinted side view picture of my daughter.

Week 18 - Children Portraits

Taking pictures with a friend.  We took pictures of each other's kids and then edited our own.  I can't get my son to cheese for me quite like she did.

Week 2- January 9, 2011

This picture was taken around Thanksgiving on our first big snowfall. I tried editing it in color and black and white. I also tried a web resizing and sharpening action I hadn't used before. I didn't feel like the picture on Week 1 looked as good on the blog as it does in my Elements program, so hopefully these look better.
